Refund and Returns Policy

At The Mango Village, we strive to provide exceptional service to our guests. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for bookings and other services. By making a reservation or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bookings

a. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or phone, using the contact details provided on our website.
  • The date and time of the cancellation request will determine the applicable refund amount based on the cancellation policy.

b. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Arrival: Full refund minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations Made Between 7 to 13 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund.

c. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

d. Early Departures

  • Guests who depart before the end of their reservation will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 Days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking within 30 Days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Booking deposits or advance payments for specific non-refundable packages or offers.
  • Discounts, promotions, or special package bookings.

4. Amendments to Reservations

  • Reservation amendments (e.g., changes to dates or room type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are advised to contact us at the earliest for amendments.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be issued for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
